AUTOMATED PRODUCTION LINE FOR NUMBER PLATES PERSONALIZATION is a fully automated solution designed for high-performance embossing and hot stamping of blank license plates. The machine enables a single operator to personalize up to 1.000 single-row car license plates per hour, ensuring maximum productivity and operational efficiency. Thanks to its internet connectivity, the line receives license plate combinations directly from external database, enabling fast, accurate and on-demand production.

The machine operates in conjunction with the manufacturer’s IT system – ProPlate, which can be seamlessly integrated with any customer data source. Designed with ease of use in mind, the automated line machine does not require extensive training. An intuitive HMI touchscreen interface, supported by an advanced Vision System and an RFID-based die identification solution, ensures safe, reliable and error-free operation throughout the entire personalization process.

Comprehensive technical support and after-sales service are provided for all supplied automated production lines, guaranteeing long-term reliability and customer confidence.
